These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 8k888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "you", "your") who accesses, registers for, or uses any product or service available through the 8k888 website located at https://8k888.bio and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the same platform.

By completing the 8k888 registration process, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the 8k888 platform, you conclusively represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific terms applicable to individual promotions or game categories. 8k888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within a reasonable period specified by 8k888 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register for and maintain only one (1) 8k888 account. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under assumed or fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k888 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 8k888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8k888 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 8k888 content; use the 8k888 brand or logo in any manner without prior written consent; or scrape, frame, or deep-link to any part of the 8k888 platform without authorisation.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 8k888 does not accept liability for: losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform; interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events; errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected by the relevant game provider; or delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions.

Where 8k888 is found liable to you under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 8k888 shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your 8k888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits 8k888's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
